Biography: G.V.Patvardhan

Mr. G.V.Patvardhan was born in 1899. As a lad he was very precocious. He graduated form the Tilak University. In 1922 he founded "Balwant" a popular weekly in Konkan. In the C.D. movement he was appointed the Director of Konkan.

As the Chief Agent of the Commonwealth Assurance Co, he has done a valuable work in building up indigenous institutions. He was elected the President of the Konkan Parliamentary Board. He is a man of Iron resolve. It is his tenacious will that is the key to his success. His powers of endurance are remarkable.
