N.M.R.Subbaraman

Mr. Subbaraman was born n 1905. He received his education at the Shantiniketan. In 1930 he participated in the C.D movement and was convicted. In 1931 he was the Chairman of the Tamil Nadu Political Conference held at Madura. In 1932 he was again sentenced to another term of imprisonment.

He is the Secretary of the Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya. In 1935 he was elected the Chairman of the Madura Municipal Council. He has obtained a seat in the Madras Assembly and is a representative of the Madura Urban Constituency.

He has all the promptitude and command of the practical parliamentarian.
