Introduction

We have created this section at Kamat's Potpourri to record the mood and ambience of classroom education in contemporary India. All of the photographs were taken in recent years, and one can see the mood of the students, lack of facilities in schools, and friendships the Indian students develop with fellow students during their education.

The photographs span religions, economic background of the pupils, and agegroups, but form a consistent theme "Campus Life".
