Dave Winer says: "Get Frontier" -- it is affordable (certainly not a rip off), and scriptable.
I say do it yourself. Nobody has what you need. Nobody.
There is really only one kind of CMS Software -- one that needs to be customized. When the vendors tell you that you get a headstart with their infrastructure, they are only talking about the 10%.
I am not saying the 10% is not important. It is very important. Just that to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars for 10% of what you need seems insane.
