I have named this waterfall "Dooda Dhudhube" (from Konkani) or Milky Waterfalls. To reach it, drive about ten miles south of Highway 64 on Highway 281 in Sapphire, NC and look for the sign for the left turn into the parking area. There is a self-service fee area ($2) and a very easy (and I must say very sceneic) walk to the viewing area. If you can climb down the steps you can view a spectacular view of the Milky Falls.
