K S Muthuswamy

Mr. K S Muthuswamy was born at Tinnevelly in 1906. In 1921 he participated in the Non-Co-Operation movement and courted imprisonment. He was accused in the Virudhanagar Bomb Case but was acquitted. Since 1926 he is a member of the Provincial Congress Committee. For several years he was the Secretary of the Ramnad District Congress Committee . He was the convener of the Local Bodies Enquiry Sub-Committee appointed by the Tamil Nadu Congress Committee. He is now the Secretary of Tamil Nadu Congress Committee. He ramshackle the Justice Party.

He has always a turn for political life. In him one see a typical champion of the rights of the people.
