Biography: V.L. Samant
Mr. V.L.Samant was born at Bandra in 1899. In1920 he graduated from the St. Xavier's College. In 1921 he joined the Non-Cooperation Movement and hawked khadi. He took a leading part in the Salt Satyagraha. The flame of patriotism burns bright in his heart.
