Exhibition of Kamat's Photographs

Journalist G.U. Bhat inaugurated an exhibition of Krishnanand Kamat's photographs during the festivities of Ganesh Festival at the New English School Honavar. "Dr. Kamat is no longer with us, but his special angle to view the world around him -- though his writings, and through his lens -- Kamat will live forever" Bhat said. "He is well known as a Kannada writer, but we must acknowledge that Kamat is the primary source of information on Indian society and culture for millions of people on the Internet."

K.L.Kamat's younger brother, photographer Gajanan Kamat was present for the function Head Master G.T. Hebbar presided, Teacher B.J. Naik welcomed the guests.
