Tibetan Boy Goes to Fetch Water
Education of the Buddhist Student

In the Gurukuls of Tibetan colonies spread across India, the students are still  taught the old fashioned way. It includes hard labor, strict diet, discipline, spiritual and job education. In this picture above, the smiling boy at the Mundgod monastery is sent fetching water for the school.
