Introduction

We bring this nostalgic photo exhibit, shot in 1976 in a rural town in India, of life at a slightly slower pace. The pictures show most common of the people going about their jobs. At that time, the mechanization and motorization of India had not yet taken place, and you can see the age old methods of doing things.
